Refunds
How to request a refund
Steer is sold exclusively through the Mac App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the developer.
To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Steer purchase and select "Request a Refund"
Trial
Steer includes a 7-day free trial before any payment is required. If the app doesn't work for your setup, you can uninstall during the trial at no cost.
