Trial first
Steer includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality before any payment is required. If it doesn't work for your setup, uninstall during the trial at no cost.
How to request a refund
Email steer@seanfloyd.dev with the email address you bought with (or your order number) and I'll issue the refund. No forms, no justification required.
How it's processed
Steer is sold through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record; their name is what appears on your card statement. I issue refunds through their dashboard, and the money returns to your original payment method. You can also contact Lemon Squeezy support directly with your order details; both routes end in the same place.
